The B&B “CasaDeFlumeri” is a garden villa, recently built, situated in the quiet residential area of Calolziocorte at the foot of the hills, ideal for both short and long stays for work and vacation. Once in the parking lot in front of the house, you turn to the garden that surrounds the house. The portion devoted to the B & B and the surrounding garden are totally independent and available to guests. The main entrance is on the ground floor and leads directly into a large living room that communicates with a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there are three bedrooms which can accommodate up to six guests and a large bathroom with bath and shower.
Living Area
The living area is located on the ground floor and comprises a spacious room with dining area where breakfast is served and the living area with a TV and a computer-studio, where guests can stand freely. The living room leads directly to the garden, as well as the large and well-equipped kitchen available on demand and a bathroom with shower. There is also a laundry available on request.

- Green Room: Double room with balcony and the possibility of an extra bed for small baby
- Blue Room: Two single beds and the possibility of an extra bed for small baby
- Yellow Room: Bedroom with balcony
